1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PrintBridge Australia website (www.printbridge.com.au) and placing orders through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

"PrintBridge", "we", "us", and "our" refer to PrintBridge Australia. "You" and "customer" refer to the person or entity using our services.

2. Services

PrintBridge operates as a print brokerage service. We accept print orders from Australian customers, coordinate production with our Korean print suppliers, and arrange shipping to your Australian delivery address. We are not a printer; we act as an intermediary between you and our supplier network.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors occur, stock is unavailable, or we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
• Quoted delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on production schedules, customs processing, and shipping conditions.
• Bulk orders or custom quotes are subject to separate terms provided at the time of quotation.

5. Design Files & Artwork

• You are responsible for ensuring that all design files and artwork you upload are print-ready and meet our file specifications (format, resolution, colour mode, bleed areas).
• Our prepress team may review your files and suggest adjustments. However, final approval rests with you. Once you approve a proof, we are not liable for errors in the supplied artwork.
• Minor colour variations between screen display and printed output are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect.
• Design files are stored securely and used solely for order fulfilment. We will not share your designs with third parties except as necessary for production and delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights in the designs, logos, images, and content you upload to PrintBridge. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use and reproduce all content in your uploaded files. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your files do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights. PrintBridge is not liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.

All content on the PrintBridge website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of PrintBridge Australia and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

7. Payment

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All transactions are in AUD. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your card is denominated in another currency.
• Invoices are provided for all orders and are accessible through your account dashboard.

8. Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified before they enter production. Once production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

• Before production: Full refund minus any prepress work already completed.
• During production: Cancellation may not be possible. If accepted, partial refund at our discretion.
• After dispatch: No cancellation. See our Refund Policy for returns.

9. Refunds & Returns

Our refund and returns process is detailed in our Refund Policy. In summary, we honour all rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order has a major defect (misprint, wrong specifications, significant damage in transit), we will offer a reprint, replacement, or refund.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Full shipping details are available in our Shipping Policy. Orders are produced in South Korea and shipped to Australia via air or sea freight. Delivery times vary by product, quantity, and shipping method selected.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the courier to your nominated address. PrintBridge is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintBridge's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintBridge, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
