Shipping Policy

1. How Shipping Works
All PrintBridge orders are produced at our partner facilities in South Korea and shipped directly to your Australian delivery address. After production and quality inspection, your order is packed and dispatched via your chosen shipping method.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer two shipping methods. All times below are estimates from the date of dispatch (after production is complete) and do not include production time.

Production time is typically 3–7 business days depending on the product and quantity. Total turnaround = production time + transit time.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders. We do not charge a shipping fee at checkout.
- Air and sea options are available with no additional shipping charge.
- Shipping remains free regardless of order size, weight, or destination within Australia.
- No shipping promotion code is required.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time through your account dashboard.
- Air freight: Tracked from dispatch in Korea through to delivery in Australia.
- Sea freight: Tracking is available for the international leg. Domestic delivery tracking is provided once the shipment is transferred to our Australian courier partner.
5. Customs & Import Duties
As your order ships internationally from South Korea, it passes through Australian customs. In most cases:
- Orders with a customs value of AUD $1,000 or less are generally not subject to import duties or GST at the border (as GST is collected at point of sale).
- Orders above AUD $1,000 in value may be subject to customs duties and additional GST. PrintBridge will advise you at checkout if your order is likely to attract import charges.
- Customs processing can occasionally cause delays of 1–3 business days. This is outside our control but is factored into our delivery estimates.
6. Delivery Addresses
We deliver to all Australian states and territories, including PO Boxes (for orders that fit within Australia Post size limits). Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. PrintBridge is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change a delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our shipping partner and, if the claim is valid, arrange a reprint or refund at no cost. See our Refund Policy for details.
Please take photographs of any damage (including packaging) before discarding anything — these are essential for processing your claim.
8. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Customs processing or inspections.
- Peak shipping seasons (e.g., end of year, public holidays in Korea or Australia).
- Severe weather or natural disasters.
- Carrier operational issues.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond our estimated timeframe, we will proactively notify you and provide updated tracking information.
